Chatfield's Carob Brownies

Carob Brownies
Makes 16 Brownies
Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Chatfield's Carob Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray 8x8" pan. Combine wet ingredients by stirring with a spoon. Stir dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients until well blended. Place in an 8x8 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
